Holiday Inn Express & Suites Omaha Airport by IHG

Absolutely fantastic experience here. Facilities were clean, laundry was so easy to use, pool was refreshing in the over 100 degree heat, and best of all was the staff. Kim at the front desk was so helpful. Definitely recommend!

This Holiday Inn is beautiful. I basically went their to tour and ask to see a room so I can celebrate my daughters 16th birthday. The two women at the front desk were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and smells clean. I would recommend this place.

We came down to Omaha for the zoo. The hotel was a little further from the zoo than we wanted, but it was far enough away from Omaha that it wasn't super busy. The general manager had impeccable customer service and she was funny. The room we had was very clean. They have nice dove soap in the rooms. The free breakfast was pretty standard for hotels. They do not have a microwave in their lobby so the cook let me use the one in the kitchen. The kitchen was very clean and the cook was a very sweet lady. I will be booking here again on our next trip.

We reserved a room here last minute after a very delayed flight. We were so pleasantly surprised with the friendly service, the spotless rooms, and the hearty breakfast. Definitely would recommend for a hotel by the Omaha airport!

The staff was friendly and the property overall was very clean. However, my room’s fridge didn’t work, and only one of the two elevators was operational during my stay. Since the hotel is close to the airport and gets a lot of traffic, this sometimes meant waiting up to five minutes for the elevator. Another thing to note is that there aren’t many restaurants close by, so you may have to drive a bit for food options. Aside from those issues, it was a solid stay, and I would stay here again.

We landed at midnight. I did not have a reservation and was turned away from two prior hotels. I knew they had rooms, but they weren't going to accommodate me at that late hour without a reservation. Holiday inn welcomed me. Needless to say I have nothing negative to say about the review. The beds were like big white clouds. The bathroom was spotless and completely stocked with better quality products. There's even a Keurig in the room! The breakfast was expansive and delicious. We were so tired and so worried about finding a place to sleep after such a long day. Thank you Sammi for making sure we were not going back out on the road. Highly recommend the Holiday inn near the Eppley Airfield in Omaha.

My three kids and I stayed March 14th, 2024 and had a great experience! We live in town and wanted a fun night at a hotel close to downtown with a pool. The rooms were clean and quiet. The mattresses are a little firm, but most hotel mattresses are- we all slept comfortably. The pool was clean and fully stocked with towels (both in the afternoon and when we went to swim again in the evening). The website states the pool is heated, but it was more on the cool side. Regardless, it was still enjoyable and the pool room itself was warm. Breakfast was delicious. Plenty of options to choose from, but we especially enjoyed the pancakes and cinnamon rolls! Breakfast is from 6:30-9:30. I went down around 8:15 and everything was fully stocked. I sent my daughter down a little while later to get a couple more pancakes and an employee generously helped her make her pancakes while I was in our hotel room with my younger two. Although my daughter is 9 and probably could have managed on her own, I appreciated the additional help she received! The water in the shower got plenty hot for us, although the shower water pressure could be better (again, a common thing at hotels, but not something that ruins a stay...). The TVs do have cable, which we didn't need, but a smart t.v. that I could access streaming on or screencast from my phone would have been nice so my kids could enjoy something they liked to watch instead of the limited options while I showered/during breakfast time (again, not a necessity, but something to note if anyone needs this for their stay). I was worried the close proximity to the airport would mean lots of outside noise, but it wasn't loud out all, outside of regular traffic. Overall, we had a great time at this location for a decent price and would recommend it to others!

This was a beautiful and inviting hotel. The lobby was very pretty and spacious. The amenities were more than we needed. The pool was so fun with our grandson. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and accommodating of all of our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided a wide selection of breakfast items that we enjoyed. And it was so easy to get to the airport from there. A great hotel!
